An abandoned industrial building was transformed into dynamic office space for a rapidly growing 100 person marketing company with a 20-something work-force. The new office includes a lounge area, a loft for graphic designers, a variety of conference rooms, studios for video and audio editing, open office space for project managers and enclosed offices for managers and executives. The stained concrete floor, stained mahogany panels, exposed steel, river rocks, paint colors and lighting were carefully selected to keep the industrial atmosphere while creating a professional, yet relaxed environment.
