The original masonry, details and materials of a traditional 1920’s home were seamlessly continued in a 2-story addition and a remarkable wine cellar, bar, home theater, and guest suite dug out from the existing basement. The 2,800 square feet addition features a luxurious home gym, office, mud room, and attached garage to accommodate a modern family. Flooded with natural light, the interior features exposed structural beams and decorative trusses, complementing the style of the home. The home theater is state of the art with a large screen and sound system and is adjacent to a beautiful entertainment center. The project included both architectural and interior design.
